At Pladatech, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the conditions below. Pladatech reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, parts, and included items
  • Not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

  • Used personal care or wellness products
  • Opened hygiene-related products
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or parts
  • Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please contact our support team at support@pladatech.com. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

  • The email address used for the order
  • The product name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue
  • A video showing the problem, if applicable

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return. If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by our side, Pladatech will review the case and may cover the return shipping cost or provide an alternative solution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation and product condition.

Replacements

If your product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement where available. Replacement approval depends on product availability, order details, and evidence provided by the customer. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pladatech.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. However, once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may need to wait until the item is delivered and then request a return according to this policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products. If you need a different item, the best option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider again. Then contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times can vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pladatech.com.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and store credits are reviewed case by case based on the product condition and issue reported.

  • Returned items must be approved by Pladatech before being sent back
  • Items returned without approval may not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for making sure returned items are safely packaged
  • Pladatech is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit unless the return shipping was arranged by us
