At Pladatech, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for every customer. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to selected regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and selected international locations. Available shipping options may vary depending on the product, supplier, warehouse location, and delivery address. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, this will usually be shown during checkout or communicated by our support team.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are guidance only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, or other factors outside our control.
- United States: 5-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6-14 business days
- Selected international locations: 7-21 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, product type, product weight, and selected shipping method. From time to time, Pladatech may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers. Any available shipping discount will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is being transferred between courier facilities.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability, supplier location, and courier handling. This means you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split deliveries unless clearly stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Pladatech is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pladatech.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has started.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. Pladatech is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import procedures.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally happen. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will review the issue and work with the courier or supplier to help resolve it. If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review the issue quickly, please include the details below. We may request additional information before approving a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Packages
If a package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or the package is not collected from the courier within the required time, the order may be returned to the sender or marked as failed delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be resent.
